POWER X-TRAVAGANZA: Part IX (#30-21)

The pressure is on now!  With only three more sections left in the 2013 X-Travaganza, we're getting closer and closer to the coveted number one spot.  As such, we've already had some pretty huge names represented on the countdown, which shows how much of an accomplishment even making the Top 30 is.

KINSEY DECARO
2013 Record: 7-5
Kinsey has yet to lose a singles match in FFW, her only losses primarily coming from growing pains with the Sudden Impact trio and other impromptu team matches.  She has a win over Jodie Gray, and finished the year taking care of Jessika Hexstar, who somehow connected the pleasantly-dispositioned singer with Samantha Star's disappearance.  No one believed her, of course.

STEPHANIE SULLIVAN
2013 Record: 3-4-1
Stephanie got two cracks at the No Surrender Championships in 2013, and couldn't convert on either.  She did, however, get a couple big wins of her own, splitting a series against Mileena Savage and knocking off Kat Stryfe.  2014 begins in turmoil for her, with her clearly in a work-place friction involving her colleagues at the ASWG.

SUNNY KYOUN
2013 Record: 4-3
If you were underestimating Sunny before Future Shock X, you were in for a rude (but quite chippy) surprise, as the Korean exploded onto the scene, helping her partner Stephanie to get to the finals.  Things got ramped up even more once she was on the main roster, for while Sunny was sent pitching off a ringpost thanks to a briefcase shot by Easter, she responded by pinning Easter twice, the last time netting Witches Brew the Unity Championships.

MIKAELA DEMIDOV
2013 Record: 8-3
Mika returned to FFW with the reputation she left FFW with- a decent wrestler with too high an opinion of herself who feasted on the weakest members of the company.  That reputation was reinforced when she was dispatched by Jo McFarlane and then Misty Whitmore, but slowly began to shed it as she netted wins over NHB, the Hyper Tigers, and Jodie Gray.  And then, with a massive upset of Camilla Pazzini, she shed it for good, and is now considered one of the most dangerous women in the company.  Anytime you can 180 your reputation in a single year (and really, it was a span of months), you're doing something right.

HAYLEY DARK
2013 Record: 4-5
Bounce & Pounce cemented themselves as the best team in FFW history with their dethroning of Team Adonis in February, but a schism developed in the team in August after losing the belts to Of Poets and Prophets, and Hayley in particular never really recovered.

JO MCFARLANE
2013 Record: 9-4
Jo finally shed her 'underachiever' label in 2014, twice going on four-match winning streaks and netting powerful wins over the likes of Mika Demidov, Gabrielle Crimson, and Holly Adams.  That first Championship belt still eludes her, however, coming up short against Casey in August, but she'll be getting another shot at it early in 2014.

CAROLINE STARK
2013 Record: 6-2
What a year it was for Caroline Stark, who began 2013 by beating rival Tara Thunder for a chance at the No Surrender Championship, only to fail her title bid in what was considered an upset.  After being injured at the hands of Thunder, she disappeared- except she really came back less than two months later as a mysterious ninja named Sasha.  Sasha was unmasked at Sin & Sacrifice, and Caroline immediately took the #1 contendership for the No Surrender Championship, finally winning her belt at Anarchy.  You can't have a much better rebound year than that!

JODIE GRAY
2013 Record: 8-8-1
Despite eight wins, including ones over Emma, Stephanie Dallins, Kate Steele, Gigante, and the Future Shock Cup Final, you can't help but think 2013 was a disappointment for Gray.  Every time she was in a position to finally get over the hump, whether against Wendy, Jenny, Casey, or Mika, she failed to come through.  If she returns to the roster in 2014, here's hoping she comes back with a much better mindset.

UNDINE
2013 Record: 8-7
Undine's 2013 resembles a shit sandwich with really good bread.  She started out strong, winning her first four, not to mention the Ultraviolence Championship in an epic Parking Lot Brawl.  But over the summer, she fell off drastically, dropping five in a row, only to pull it all together again in a Trios team with her sisters.  For someone who's managed to successfully impact every division she's been in, it's probbly not a surprise Elemental Fury is the odds-on favorite for the inagural Trios title.

KELLY MCGUFFIN
2013 Record: 6-4-1
Like Jodie, Kelly just couldn't get that title she's been chasing now for over two years, coming up short twice in TV title bids.  Outside of that, Kelly was solid, picking up a win in a triple threat against Jenny and Lightning, was instrumental in Ten Femme Chaos, and beat Crystal HIlton one on one, and had a very successful stint with her sister in a tag team.  Will Kelly finally get over the hump in 2014?  Maybe, but I wouldn't completely bet against it.

NEXT UP: Who's going to cry over not being in the Top 10?  Guarantee you there are going to be a few surprises!
